It is interesting to me how one can continue to read about one of the Stoic topics, and each time I am able to see another aspect or get a deeper insight of the subject.
Your/Stoic insight on courage highlighted for me how one can and should use the body to support, express, and defend ones spirit, character, and moral compass versus spending our very limited and precious life, using our spirit and mind to worry about material or bodily matter. Many times I/humans have it backwards and therefore the cause of self inflicted pain and wasted time.
