Great advice. It’s easy to chase stuff but it’s very beneficial to realize that you don’t need it in order to be content. I’m starting to be grateful for what I have and not what I want.

Loved this one! I always walk away from this topic wanting a lesson plan on how to accept what you have and be happy but still have a burning desire to get the better job and make more money etc. Old age and retirement are fast approaching for us all…

Is there a discord channel for the stoic gym?

TThank you, Diana. I don't have a Discord channel. Keeping up with my daily emails is already a lot of work, and I don't have any more time for a Discord channel as well. I hope I can keep up my daily emails for long enough!
